Custom Corner Shelves

This set of inset corner shelves was custom made for the clients’ space. They gave me an inspiration picture and asked me to do something for them in a light wood. To avoid wood movement within the wall cavity, I used premium domestic hard maple veneer core plywood with solid hard maple edging, meticulously grain-matched and finished with clear waterborne lacquer to avoid yellowing.
